10 things i encountered in Barcelona
1. in summer, waking up in a pool of your own sweat is normal
2. Gaudi's genius
3. the reason Spaniards stay up so late, there is no possibility of doing anything during the day but laying around, and if your lucky, near a fan
4. streets being decorated by grandmothers, pierced teenagers and little babies at 1 am.
5. a winding bench full of mosaics, so beautiful every inch should be documented.
6. there are patterns everywhere you look
7. the beaches get crowded from sunrise to sunset, bodies next to bodies next to bodies.
8. helado is the only reason to go outside during the day.
